I photographed a tree closely using a macro lens, to convey the shape of Penone's work, and the skin texture he conveys through the texture of the tree, showing how nature closely correlates with human skin, which is also natural.
I stuck clear tape on different parts of the body, such as the elbow and knee, and peeled it off to scan in the darkroom, to convey the texture of Penone's work.
